5 Second Rule is a rock/alternitive band from Sacramento Californa. Cody Neusky, Bert Diggs, and Chris Cruse have been together since january 2005 under the name My Exposition. They started out just like any other band with flaky lead singers and they practiced at parent\'s houses. In march of 2006 they found Myles Ramirez, the current lead singer. They now practice @ American Rehearsal Studio in Sacramento about 4 days a week. They write all their own songs together.

5 Second Rule will have a full length cd out before the summer of 2008.
