Q: Why do I get an error message when I try to sign up?
A: Make sure you're using the four navigation tabs at the top of the page to navigate the sign up process. Using the 'Back' and 'Forward' buttons can erase your information. Also, check that you filled in the all the Sign Up forms' Required Fields indicated with an * and be sure you've clicked all the boxes for Terms and Conditions.
Q: Why can't I log in after I've signed up?
A: You need to enable your cookies. Find out how.
Q: I keep getting error messages even after I follow all the steps correctly. Why can't I sign up my band?
A: There's a good chance you're using the 'Back' and 'Forward' buttons to navigate the site. When you do that, you can lose any information you've entered. Try moving around the site using the four on-page tabs at the top of the page.
Q: I tried everything, and I still can't sign up. What the f*@k?!?
A: Some computer settings can interfere with the sign up and log in functions. If all else fails, try signing up or logging in from another computer.
Q: Why can't I upload my song?
A: Make sure your song is no more than 8 MB and in MP3 format. For best audio quality, the sample and bit rate should be exactly 44kHz and 128kbps.

A: Your activation code may have been sent to your Junk email or Spam email folders. If you still cannot find it, click here to get your activation code sent again
